Our Story: Resus to Reverb
Circa June 2022 living in a post COVID era having been stress inoculated by the pandemic, four individuals from four different regions of the world came together to exercise a simple need: to turn the volume up loud and have a crack. Novocastrians by adoption with bonds forged in resus bays, Amsterdam, Las Vegas and the Burwood Pub Newcastle this group creates their own sound.
Diverse in influences and talent with ample life scope to create lyrics and fills, Not From Around Here or NotFAH as they are better known are carving their own path.
Imbued with garage rock sound and basic principle of having fun. Self taught, self funded and lucky to have tolerant special people in their lives, NotFAH juggle the commitments of family life, practicing emergency medicine and ensuring they continue to do cool shit together to drive their music to unexpected levels.
